Seamless Fulled Lopi Dorm Boots

These instructions assume you are familiar with Joyce Williams' method of working in the round on two circular needles.

Materials:
Bulky Lopi, about 3 balls (150gms)
Two 7mm (approx. US# 10.5) circular needles

Gauge:
Not critical, but I got about 3.5 sts per inch in st st

Pattern:
Using long-tail cast on, CO 35 sts.
K 1 row, turn, with 2nd needle pick up and knit into the CO loops 35 times.
70 sts total, evenly divided onto two needles.

Rnd 1: P
Rnd 2: K1, M1, k around to last st, M1, k1.

Repeat these two rnds two times more.
Continue in garter st for 7 rnds.
Next rnd: K to last three sts on first needle, k2tog, k1. On next needle, k1, ssk, k to end.
Repeat this rnd until 40 sts remain, 20 on each needle.
Work 10 rnds garter st or ribbing.
BO loosely. Work in any tails.
Run your boots through the washer and dryer until they are the size you want.
