Pattern:
Using a strand of both yarns, cast on 21 stitches and K2 rows.
Button hole:
K9, cast off 3, K9
K9, cast on 3, K9
K2 rows.
RS (Increase row): K1, inc in next st. Knit to last 2 sts, inc. K1.
WS: Knit across.
Repeat last two rows four more times (31 sts)
Knit 10 rows
RS (Decrease row): K1, K2tog, K to last 3 sts, K2tog, K1.
WS: Knit across.
Repeat last two rows four more times (21 sts).
Turn rows: P 1 row on right side. Knit next row.
RS (Increase row): K1, inc in next st. Knit to last 2 sts inc. K1.
WS: Knit across.
Repeat last two rows four more times (31 sts)
Knit 10 rows
