Pattern:
Cast on about 30 to 35 stitches on size 10 needles, knit for about 3 or 4 inches. Cast off while picking up stitches from the cast-on edge. This will form a tube. Thread a piece of elastic through the tube, tie the ends of the elastic. Then sew the ends of the tube together.
