Broccoli and Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup (NOT reduced fat etc, just regular)
1 cup light cream (or milk, any fat content you choose)
Salt, pepper, cayenne
Croutons
Parmesan cheese
Method:
Steam your broccoli (with the tough stems cut off) & save the water.
Put the water & the tender broccoli into the blender and puree. Put
the puree, the soup, and the cream into a saucepan & heat slowly to
simmer. Garnish lavishly with Parmesan & croutons and serve.
