Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled
1 small chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1 cup small curd cottage cheese

Method:
Boil potatoes till soft and drain. Put into large electric mixer bowl. Add the other ingredients to the potatoes, and whip. Put into buttered casserole dish, drizzle with melted butter, and bake at 325 to 350 until hot and slightly browned on top.
