Ingredients:
Sauce
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 Large Can Tomato Paste
2 Cans Water - (Tomato Paste Cans)
1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Powder or Salt
Dried Onions
Italian Seasoning or Oregano
Thyme
1 Large Bay Leaf
Marjoram
Meatballs
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Egg
Bread Crumbs
Dried Chives
Method:
Meatballs
1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Form about 1 inch balls.
3. Fry until they are brown.
Sauce
1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
3. Add the Meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes.
