Hunter Stew

This is a very, very adaptable recipe. All proportions are for a rather small amount, but it can be increased to huge quantities by increasing any or all ingredients as you see fit.

First: Take three vegies like 2 carrots, 2 potatoes and 2 stalks of celery and cut them up, throw into a pot and just cover with water. Bring to boil, cut down heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

In the meantime: Cut up 3/4-1 lb of kielbasa, open a can of Bean and Bacon Soup and a can of beans like kidney beans or navy beans.

When the 15 minutes is up add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. If you want this somewhat thinner add some more water. It's still great!

This is the most popular dish I've ever made. I take it to covered dish suppers, parties, etc. and always get requests for the recipe.

Don't forget! It increases very easily. According to the finances at the moment you decide whether you add more of the cheaper ingredients or the more expensive and in what proportions. Enjoy!
