Ingredients:
Chicken wings, enough to feed an army
Louisiana Hot sauce (This is only available in tiny bottles here) 3
bottles
Method:
Split wings and discard tips (or freeze for broth). Nuke wings in microwave
until done. Preheat regular oven to 375 F. When wings are nuked completely,
drain well, brush with hot sauce.
Bake in regular oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until sauce dries. Add another coat of hot sauce, bake for another 5-7 minutes.
Watch closely, it doesn't take long for these to burn. You can repeat the brush and bake sequence as many times as you wish, but I don't recommend it...! Or, for the real spicy food fanatics, put all the hot sauce in with the wings and bake for about 12-15 minutes, basting frequently (this is the messy version).
Serve with plenty of BREAD (the best antidote!)
