Mushroom Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground beef (medium or lean)
1 tin of mushrooms (fresh is good too)
1 onion sliced
1 green &/or yellow pepper (diced/sliced or whatever)
1/2 package of broad egg noodles (cooked)
1 large family can (or 2 small tins) cream of mushroom soup (diluted with about 1 cup of milk) -
1 egg - beaten
Crushed cracker crumbs

Method:
Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onions, peppers in a skillet.
Boil noodles according to package directions.

Put ground beef mixture in an ungreased casserole dish, top with the cooked noodles.

Spoon mushroom soup over this and top with the crushed cracker crumbs & beaten egg.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Tossed salad and garlic bread goes wonderful with this.
