Kathy's Sherry Cake (My mom)

Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix (Do NOT use the kind with pudding in the mix)
1 Pkg. Vanilla or Lemon Instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 C. oil
3/4 C. Cooking Sherry (Amaretto works well too. ; ) )
A Bundt or Angel Food Pan

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into Bundt pan. (Or Angel pan)

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes @ 350 degrees. (Or until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean)

WATCH this Cake carefully! Because of the alcohol content , which burns off, you can burn the outside very easily. As the house begins to fill with the aroma of this cake, people gather in the kitchen and begin to drool. Well it always happens at our house. <GRIN>

Let cool, then gently loosen the cake from the pan by running a spatula or knife between the cake and the pan.

Serve warm or cool with fresh whipped cream and strawberries.
