Row 1: (right side) K2, * sl1, k1, psso, (k1, yo) twice, k1, k2 together, k1; rep from * to last st k1.
Row 2: P2, * p2 together, (p1, yo) twice, p1, p2 together tbl, p1; rep from * to last st p1.
Row 3: K2, * yo, sl1, k1, psso, k3, k2 together, yo, k1; rep from * to last st k1.
Row 4: P3, * yo, p2 together, p1, p2 together tbl, yo, p3; rep from * to end.
Row 5: K4, * yo, sl2 kw, p1, p2sso, yo, k5; rep from * to last 7 sts yo, sl2 kw, k1, p2sso, yo, k4.
Row 6: Rep Row 2.
Row 7: Rep row 1.
Row 8: P2, * yo, p2 together, p3, p2 together tbl, yo, p1; rep from * to last st p1.
Row 9: K3, * yo, sl1, k1, psso, k1, k2 together, yo, k3; rep from * to end.
Row 10: P4, * yo, sl2 pw, p1, p2sso, yo, p5; rep from * to last 7 sts yo, sl2 pw, p1, p2sso, yo, p4.
Rep rows 1-10 for patt until approx. 39-1/2 inches from beg, ending
with row 10.
Work 2 rows stocking st. Bind off.
Borders: (make 4) With smaller circular ndls and CC, cast on 355 sts; do not join. K3 rows. change to larger circular ndls, join MC and work as follows:
Row 1: With MC k1, sl1, k1, psso, knit to last 3 sts, k2 together, k1: 353 sts.
Rows 2 and 4: Purl.
Row 3: K1, sl1, k1, psso, k1, * yo, k2 together; rep from * to last 3 sts, k2 together, k1: 351 sts.
Row 5: With CC rep row 1: 349 sts.
Row 6: with CC knit. Cut CC and continue with MC only.
Row 7: Rep row 1: 347 sts.
Row 8: Purl.
Row 9: K1, sl1, k2 together, psso, knit to last 4 sts, k3 together, k1: 343 sts.
Row 10: Purl.
Rep rows 9 and 10 until 327 sts rem, end with a purl row. Join CC and work as follows:
Row 1: With CC k1, sl1, k2 together, psso, knit to last 4 sts, k3 together, k1: 323 sts.
Row 2: Knit.
Row 3: With MC k1, sl1, k2 together, psso, knit to last 4 sts, k3 together, k1: 319 sts.
Rows 4 and 6: With MC purl.
Row 5: With MC k1, sl1, k2 together, psso, k1, * yo, k2 together; rep from * to last 4 sts k3 together, k1: 315 sts.
Rows 7 and 8: With CC rep rows 1 and 2: 311 sts. Cut CC.
Rows 9 and 10: with MC repeat rows 3 and 4: 307 sts.
