Materials:
Stahl's Limbo, 100% superwash wool, dk weight, 2 balls (125 yds each)
Needles: set of four size 3 dpn's
size: as written, women's medium.  They are very stretchy, though, and would be easy to size up.  The pattern stitches are multiples of four, and the length can easily be changed at the toes.

Abbreviations and key to chart:

Right Twist = RT: right twist: knit two together, but don't slide them off the needle. Insert the right needle between the sts and knit the first stitch and slide them off together.

Right Purl Twist = RPT: right purl twist: knit second stitch but don't slide it off, then purl first stitch, then slide both off together.

Left Purl Twist = LPT: left purl twist: (a bit harder than RPT because the purl has to be done in the back loop, or it destroys the line of the twist.)  Purl second stitch through the back loop, then knit the first stitch in the usual manner, slide both off together.

| = Knit

- = purl

+ = St is part of RPT/LPT

Row 13:Needle 2:*K2, P2* across, end K2.  (decrease on needles 1 and 3)

Row 14: Needle 2:*RT, P2* end RT.  (work even on 1 and 3)

Break yarn.  Thread into a yarn needle.  Run through all 8 sts twice, pull tight.  Stab back into toe
to get the yarn on the inside and weave it in. All done!
