Materials:
4 ply yarn; one scarf takes 4.5 ounces
# 6 US needles
Measurement:
Approx 6.5 inches by 46 inches.
Gauge:
5 sts/1 inch, 7 rows/1 inch in garter st
Pattern:
CO 32 sts.
Knit for 14 inches.
K4, P4 for 18 inches (ribbing).
K for 14 inches.
Cast off.
Do not block.
That's it! Instead of the garter st at the ends, you may substitute any pattern stitch.
