Mini Mittens
Materials:
Size 3 knitting needles
Wool-Ease yarn or knitting worsted
Needle for sewing
Size 4 steel crochet hook
Knit-Cro thread - green
Red yarn for the bow

Pattern:
Cast on 20 sts
Row 1: K1, P1,  to end of row
Rib 5 rows, increasing 4sts on last row (24sts)
Next, work body of mitten:
Row 1: K11, inc next 2sts, k11 (26sts)
Row 2: Purl
Row 3: Knit
Row 4: Purl
Row 5: K11, inc one st, K2, Inc in one st, K11 (28sts)
Row 6: Purl
Row 7: Knit
Row 8: Purl
Row 9: K11, inc one st, K4, inc one st, K11 (30sts)
Row 10: Purl
Row 11: Knit
Row 12: P11, P next 8sts (these 8sts are your thumb sts), TURN WORK, K8, TURN WORK, P2tog 4 times. Break off wool. Gather the 4sts and sew thumb area. (I gather the 4sts and leave a long tail and sew it later.)

Attach wool and continue to P on remaining 11 sts (22sts)
Row 13: Knit
Row 14: Purl
Row 15: Knit
Row 16: Purl
Row 17: (K2 together) twice, K5, (sl l, k1, psso) twice, K5, (k2 together) twice (16sts)
Row 18: Purl
Row 19: K2tog, K5, sl 1, k2 tog, psso, K4, K2 tog (12 sts)
Row 20: P2 tog.

Finishing:
If you did not sew up the thumb area yet sew it up now.

Gather up remaining sts on needle and sew up side of mitten. If the cuff is to big, I take running stitches in the cuff area between the last row of ribbing and knit row to gather it in.

Wreath
Using a size 4 steel crochet hook and thread Ch12, and join into a ring.
Ch3, *Dc, 3tr in ring, rep from * 11 times.
Join to the 3rd chain at the beginning.

Attach red yarn to wreath for bow and fasten to mitten.
